Where does the Ghost Ride Haunted Tour Start?
The haunted tour bus will pick up guests at The Mansion on Colfax – 1509 N. Marion St. Denver, CO 80218.
How much does the Ghost Ride Haunted Tour cost?
Tickets for the Ghost Ride Haunted Tour are $44.99 per guest. Your ticket secures a seat on the bus along with a complimentary ghostly cocktail to enjoy before or after the trip.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Our tour has a limited number of seats every hour and often sells out
Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We are not able to provide refunds if you need to cancel or are unable to make your reserved time slot. However, we do offer Booking Insurance for an additional $2 per guest. This allows you to reschedule your time slot or cancel if you’re unable to attend. Booking Insurance must be purchased with your tickets online.
Is the the Ghost Ride Haunted Tour all ages?
We do not recommend our tours for anyone younger than the age of 10. Our Ghost Ride covers the factual dark history of Denver which includes some mature subject matter. Each guest younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What is the average size of the tour?
Each Ghost Ride Tour Bus can accommodate up to 26 guests per tour.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available along Marion and Colfax, including surrounding streets.
Are food and beverage allowed on the tour?
Yes – however, alcoholic beverages may not be brought aboard the tour vehicle. Additionally, no smoking, vaping, or substance use of any kind is permitted on the tour vehicle.
Is the bus wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The Ghost Ride Haunted Tour bus can accommodate two wheelchairs per tour.
Are dogs allowed on the tour?
Service animals are the only animals that are allowed on board the vehicles. A service animal means a dog, regardless of breed or type, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Be sure to reach out via email before the tour so we can schedule a seat for your furry companion.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Since the tour is conducted from a climate controlled vehicle, weather conditions do not often impact tour departures.

The stories you’ll hear on the Ghost Ride Haunted Tour have been historically researched and our guides will be sure to elaborate on what is fact and what is legend.
Are photos allowed on the tour?
Absolutely! Be sure to ask your tour guide and driver for recommendations on taking photos. Some places are more haunted than others. If you do capture anything, be sure to to share it with them after the tour!
Will I see a ghost on the tour?
Denver always tends to have some strange and unusual activity occurring, however, it is not always paranormal. That said, be sure to keep your eyes peeled and camera at the ready. You never know what you’re going to see!
